From humble beginnings to becoming a trusted logistics partner across Western Canada
Founded in 2018, Transpacific Terminals began as a small warehousing operation with just a team of 2 dedicated employees in Edmonton, Alberta.
Over the years, we've consistently expanded our capabilities, adding specialized equipment and expertise to meet the evolving needs of our clients across diverse industries.
Today, our 62,500 sq ft heated warehouse and strategic location connecting major rail and road networks allow us to serve clients across Western Canada while maintaining our commitment to personalized service and operational excellence.

Our Journey

Company Founded
Transpacific Terminals established in Edmonton as a small warehousing operation with a team of 2 employees.
First Expansion
Expanded warehouse space to 62,500 sq ft and added 2 acres of secured yard space adjacent to the warehouse facility. Added 3 specialized forklifts, Rail Car Mover and specialized handling equipment.
Rail Siding Expansion & Approval for Railway Operating Permit
Expanded existing rail spur by 425 ft length and offers rail transloading services. The rail spur can handle up to 6 full size boxcars and is serviced by CN rail. Installed dedicated rail siding to enhance transloading capabilities, allowing direct rail-to-truck transfers and expanding our service offerings.
Started Intermodal Transportation through TPAC Transport Ltd
Started offering one-stop-shop for all intermodal transportation and transload services by adding an in-house drayage operation through TPAC Transport Limited.
Safety & Security Upgrades
Updated warehouse facility with modern security systems and expanded yard space for improved operations. Achieved WCB Alberta certification for workplace safety excellence.
Technology Upgrade
Implemented advanced inventory management and tracking systems and real-time cargo monitoring for enhanced visibility.
Sustainability Initiative
Launched comprehensive sustainability program with LED lighting throughout facilities, and Electric forklifts to reduce carbon footprint.
Drayage Services Operation Expansion Through TPAC Transport Ltd.
Added 9 specialized combination intermodal trailers and 4 semi trucks to offer a vast equipment choice to our valuable clients. This addition increased our presence and ability to serve highly efficiently in this fast changing environment of logistics and supply chain solutions.

Transpacific Terminals Inc is a proud member of the Transload Distribution Association of North America (TDANA) now. Launched a refreshed company website to enhance user experience and brand presence.
